Start by peeling the butternut squash and slicing it into slices.
Cover the fries with cornstarch. Then, add the olive oil and seasonings. Mix again until well blended.
Preheat your air fryer to 400F (200C). Once hot, add the fries and air fry for 13-15 minutes. Shake the basket every five minutes. Don’t overcrowd the basket – cook in two batches if needed.
