Instructions
Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt to create a smooth batter.
Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until they are evenly coated, shaking off any excess.
Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 375F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
Mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl, then add the cooked cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
Return the sauced cauliflower to the air fryer for 3 to 5 more minutes until the edges are crispy and caramelized.
