Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

For the Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/3 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt to create a smooth batter.
  • Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until they are evenly coated, shaking off any excess.
  • Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 375F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl, then add the cooked cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
  • Return the sauced cauliflower to the air fryer for 3 to 5 more minutes until the edges are crispy and caramelized.
