- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
In a small pan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until it foams and turns a deep golden brown, then let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the browned butter with brown sugar and white sugar, then beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
Stir in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop out golf-ball-sized portions of dough and flatten them slightly on a small piece of parchment paper cut to fit your air fryer.
Place the parchment with the dough into the air fryer basket and cook at 320F for 6 to 8 minutes.
Let the cookies rest in the basket for 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool.
