Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 tsp Rubbed Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, combine ground pork, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, maple syrup, and red pepper flakes. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a flat patty about 1/2-inch thick.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 2 minutes.
  • Arrange the sausage patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes until the patties are golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Let the patties rest for 2 minutes before serving alongside eggs, toast, or pancakes.
