Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Biscuits
  • 2/3 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 6 pieces Bacon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Butter (unslated)
  • Egg Wash (1 egg, 1 tablespoon water – whisked)
Instructions
  • Place a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon until crispy, and then set aside.
  • Add a piece of parchment paper to the air fryer basket liner. Spray it with cooking spray.
  • Clean the skillet, and place it over the heat again. Add the butter, and then the eggs. Scramble them until well cooked. Remove and set aside. Add the bacon to the egg mixture.
  • Take each biscuit, and cut it in half. Make a small bowl with one half, and add a tablespoon of the egg mixture. Then, add the cheese on top, and close with the second half of the biscuit.
  • Pinch the seams and set them aside. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.
  • Brush the biscuit bombs with the egg wash (cover them well).
  • Place the biscuit bombs in the lined air fryer basket. Air fry at 330F (165C) for 7-8 minutes. Then, flip them and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
