Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp Whole Milk
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Almond Extract
  • 2 tbsp Rainbow Sprinkles
  • Whipped Cream for topping
  • Extra Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir until smooth and no lumps remain.
  • Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • Divide batter between two greased 6-oz ramekins or mugs, filling each about halfway.
  • Preheat air fryer to 330°F. Place ramekins in the basket and cook for 12-14 minutes until tops spring back when lightly touched.
  • Let cool for 2 minutes, then top with whipped cream and extra sprinkles. Serve warm in the ramekins or turn out onto plates.
