Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir until smooth and no lumps remain.
Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Divide batter between two greased 6-oz ramekins or mugs, filling each about halfway.
Preheat air fryer to 330°F. Place ramekins in the basket and cook for 12-14 minutes until tops spring back when lightly touched.
Let cool for 2 minutes, then top with whipped cream and extra sprinkles. Serve warm in the ramekins or turn out onto plates.
