Ingredients
  • 4 Bananas (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
Instructions
  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 370F (185C). Meanwhile, mash the bananas in a medium bowl.
  • In another bowl- whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the mashed bananas, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla, and milk. Mix well until well combined.
  • Place an air fryer parchment paper inside the basket and spray it with cooking oil.
  • Use a cookie scoop to scoop the batter and place it in the air fryer. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until they are golden brown in color. There is no need to flip them.
  • Remove from the air fryer and add powdered sugar on top. Enjoy these amazing air fryer banana fritters!
