Ingredients
  • 2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas well, then stir in melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and stir gently until just combined with no dry streaks remaining. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Divide the batter evenly among 6 silicone muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 310°F (155°C). Place the filled muffin cups in the basket.
  • Air fry for 14 to 16 minutes until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the cups for 5 minutes before removing. Serve warm.
