Ingredients
  • 16 oz Cremini Mushrooms, halved
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C). Spread the mushrooms in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender.
  • While the mushrooms cook, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and fresh thyme in a small bowl.
  • Transfer the hot mushrooms to a serving bowl, pour the balsamic glaze over them, and toss until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve as a side dish or over grilled steak.
