Ingredients
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Wheat Flour / Almond Flour
Instructions
  • Cut the apples in half, and remove the core with the stem and seeds. Brush a teaspoon of melted butter over the apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • To make the topping- mix the oats, 1 tablespoon of butter, flour (I used almond flour), maple syrup, and 1/2-3/4 teaspoons of cinnamon.
  • Spread the topping mixture over the apple halves.
  • Place the apple halves in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes at 360F (185C).
  • Remove the apples from the air fryer and serve with your favorite toppings.
